Insurance

Please have your insurance card and your Drivers License or a Government Issued Picture Identification Card with you to upload onto Kareo during the application process (We will confirm you appointment prior to the identification upload). 

If we do not accept your insurance, if you are not insured or you do not have a plan with the insurance companies listed below, you will be responsible for the entire charge at the time of service. 

It is your responsibility to present and/or disclose all insurance plans that your child(ren) has for date of services at Absolute Care Pediatrics.

Insurance Plans that we currently accept:

• Georgia Medicaid
• PeachState Helth Plan
• Caresource
• Amerigroup

**NOTE: IF YOUR CHILD HAS BOTH MEDICAID AND PRIVATE INSURANCE PLEASE KNOW THAT GEORGIA MEDICAID WILL DENY PAYMENTS- PLEASE USE THE SELF-PAY OPTIONS.

**NOTE:  An additional charge will be applied for services provided outside of our regularly scheduled appointments. These include requests for visits during non-working hours, and Federal Holidays. This charge will be billed to your insurance company however this may become your responsibility if the insurance company does not cover this charge.
